This Privacy Policy explains how HTP PENRYN LLC collects, uses, discloses, retains, and protects information when you use the Lexvona Ultra+ Android application (the “App”), this website, or contact our support team (together, the “Services”).
01 Scope and data controller
HTP PENRYN LLC (“HTP PENRYN,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is responsible for the personal information described in this Policy, unless a third-party provider explains that it acts as a separate controller under its own privacy policy.
This Policy applies to Lexvona Ultra+, package name com.lexvonaultra.plusfree.flixyu, and the website at vidplay.drama-tv.com. It does not govern third-party websites, apps, media services, or content sources that may be referenced by the Services.
02 Information we collect
In this Policy, “collect” includes information transmitted from your device to us or to a service provider that processes it for the App. What is collected depends on the features you use, your settings, device permissions, region, and App version.
| Category | Examples | When / why |
|---|---|---|
| Account and profile | Name or nickname, email address, phone number, profile image, date of birth, gender, account ID, authentication token. | Only when a related account or profile feature is offered and you provide or authorize the information; used to create, authenticate, and support the account. |
| App activity and preferences | Searches, selected titles, favorites, language choices, settings, feature interactions, session timestamps. | Used to provide search and favorites, remember choices, understand feature performance, and improve the App. |
| Device, identifiers, and diagnostics | IP address, device and OS type, App version, locale, time zone, network state, advertising or app identifiers, crash logs, and performance data. | Collected automatically where enabled to operate the App, prevent abuse, diagnose errors, measure usage, and deliver or measure ads. |
| Communications | Email address, message content, attachments you choose to send, and support history. | Collected when you contact support, provide feedback, or make a privacy request. |
| Website technical data | Basic server logs such as IP address, browser type, requested page, timestamp, and security events. | May be processed by our hosting provider to deliver and secure this website. This website does not intentionally set non-essential cookies or run advertising trackers. |
Information from sign-in providers
If you choose a third-party sign-in option, that provider may send us basic profile and authentication information you authorize, such as your name, email address, profile image, and provider-specific account identifier. We do not receive your password for that provider.
Device permissions
If an App feature asks for an Android permission, the request should appear in context. You may deny or later revoke a permission in Android settings. The App should only request permissions reasonably necessary for the feature shown to you.
03 How we use information
We may use the categories above to:
- provide movie and television search, information, favorites, profile, feedback, and related App functions;
- create, authenticate, maintain, and secure an account where account features are offered;
- remember preferences and personalize the way information is presented;
- respond to support, privacy, deletion, and other requests;
- operate, troubleshoot, analyze, maintain, and improve the Services;
- detect fraud, abuse, security incidents, and violations of our Terms;
- select, deliver, limit, and measure advertising, subject to applicable consent requirements;
- comply with law, enforce agreements, and protect users, our business, or others; and
- create aggregated or de-identified statistics that are not reasonably linked to an individual.
Legal bases where applicable
Depending on your location, we rely on performance of a contract (providing requested features), legitimate interests (security, support, and service improvement), consent (for certain sign-in, permissions, personalized advertising, or similar processing), and compliance with legal obligations. You may withdraw consent prospectively where consent is the basis.
04 Service providers and disclosure
We may disclose information to vendors that process it to provide a technical or business function for us. Depending on the production build, country, and features enabled, providers disclosed for Lexvona Ultra+ may include the following:
| Function | Providers that may be enabled | Typical processing |
|---|---|---|
| Platform and authentication | Google Play services, Google/Firebase Authentication, Meta/Facebook Login, or X/TwitterKit | Account identifiers, authentication tokens, basic profile details you authorize, device and security data. |
| Analytics, diagnostics, and attribution | Google Analytics for Firebase, Firebase Crashlytics, Umeng, Meta/Facebook Analytics, Fabric, or Adjust | App interactions, device and App details, identifiers, crash data, and performance signals. |
| Advertising | Google AdMob, Meta Audience Network, ironSource/Unity, AppLovin, or legacy MoPub integrations | Advertising identifiers, approximate location inferred from IP, device data, ad interactions, consent state, and fraud signals. |
| Cloud or connected storage | Microsoft OneDrive or Dropbox, only where a connected-storage feature is offered and chosen | Authorization token and files or metadata you direct the service to access. |
| Notifications | Firebase Cloud Messaging or JPush, where notifications are enabled | Push token, App/device details, and delivery information. |
Not every listed provider is active in every App version or for every user. A provider may process information as our service provider or, for some advertising and sign-in functions, under its own terms. Provider privacy notices and in-App consent screens supply additional details.
We may also disclose information:
- when you direct us or consent to the disclosure;
- to professional advisers and transaction counterparties under confidentiality obligations;
- to comply with lawful process or protect rights, safety, and security; or
- as part of a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets, subject to appropriate protections.
No sale for money. We do not sell personal information for money. Transfers to providers that operate features for us may not be treated as “sharing” under Google Play’s Data safety definitions, but they are still described here for transparency.
05 Advertising and your choices
The App contains ads. Advertising providers may use an advertising identifier, IP-derived approximate location, App activity, and device information to deliver, frequency-cap, prevent fraud, and measure ads. Where required, the App or provider should request consent before using information for personalized advertising.
You may be able to limit advertising processing by:
- using any consent or privacy choices presented in the App;
- resetting or deleting your Android advertising ID or changing ad privacy settings;
- denying optional device permissions; and
- contacting us using the details below.
We do not use the content of your support messages to personalize ads. We do not knowingly use sensitive personal information to target advertising.
06 Data retention and deletion
We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, including to provide an active account, maintain security, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and comply with law.
- Account and profile data: generally kept while the account is active and deleted after a verified deletion request.
- Favorites and account-linked activity: generally kept while needed to provide the feature and deleted with the account unless de-identified.
- Support records: kept as reasonably needed to resolve the request and maintain appropriate business records.
- Security and legal records: may be retained where necessary for fraud prevention, legal compliance, or the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims.
- Provider-held data: follows the applicable provider’s retention schedule, subject to our deletion instructions where the provider acts for us.
We ordinarily complete a verified account deletion request within 7 days. Residual copies may remain in protected backups for up to 30 days before normal overwrite, unless a longer period is legally required. Retained information is isolated from ordinary product use and removed when the applicable need ends.
Visit the Lexvona Ultra+ account deletion page to start a request without reinstalling the App.
07 Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures intended to protect information from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Current disclosure: Google Play currently identifies App data as not encrypted in transit. Please do not submit passwords, financial information, government identifiers, or other highly sensitive information through App fields or support messages. Account-provider passwords should be entered only in the provider’s own sign-in interface.
08 Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, or objection; withdraw consent; or appeal a decision regarding a privacy request. You may also have the right to complain to a local data protection authority.
To exercise a right, email matgar.apps@gmail.com. Describe the request and include the account email or account ID, if applicable. We may request limited information to verify your identity and protect the account. Authorized agents should provide proof of authority. We will not discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right.
We do not sell personal information for money. To the extent personalized advertising is treated as “sale,” “sharing,” or targeted advertising under applicable law, you may use the controls described in Section 5 or contact us to opt out.
09 Children’s privacy
The Services are intended for a general audience and are not directed to children under 13 or the minimum age required in their country. The “Everyone” content rating does not mean the App is designed specifically for children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from a child without legally required permission. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can investigate and delete it where required.
10 International data transfers
We and our providers may process information in the United States and other countries where we or they operate. These countries may have different data protection laws. Where required, we use appropriate transfer mechanisms and safeguards, such as contractual protections.
11 Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy to reflect changes to the Services, providers, or law. We will post the revised Policy here and update the “Last updated” date. If a change materially affects your rights, we will provide additional notice where required, such as an in-App notice or consent prompt.
